Tree Assessment Training for FRIM, Malaysia

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of a specialized tree assessment training program for the Forest Research Institute Malaysia (FRIM), focusing on the use of the resistograph. This training equipped participants with essential skills to assess tree health and detect internal decay through advanced technology. The resistograph provided accurate measurements of wood density, enabling trainees to identify structural weaknesses and make informed management decisions. By enhancing their expertise in tree assessment techniques, we aim to promote sustainable forestry practices and ensure the health and safety of Malaysia’s vital forest resources.
