Tree Assessment Training for Faculty Forestry and Environment, UPM
We are proud to have successfully conducted a comprehensive tree assessment training program for the Faculty of Forestry and Environment, UPM, utilizing both the resistograph and Picus Sonic Tomograph. This training provided participants with hands-on experience in advanced tree assessment techniques, equipping them with the skills to detect internal decay, structural weaknesses, and potential hazards. By using the resistograph to measure wood density and the Picus Sonic Tomograph for non-invasive internal imaging, trainees gained a deeper understanding of tree health diagnostics. This initiative supports the development of sustainable forestry practices and enhances tree risk management in diverse environments.
